At Thimble and Patch, founded by Tanu Arya, we hold the privacy of our private collectors, bespoke fashion patrons, and corporate gifting clients with the highest reverence. We collect only the essential telemetry and personal attributes required to craft, customize, and deliver your garments and curated boxes.

2. Personal Information Collected

When you interact with our platform, atelier studio, or mobile application, we may process:

• Identity & Contact: Full name, corporate entity name, delivery street address, phone number, and work email.
• Customization Assets: Vector artworks, typography monograms, logos, and bounding box placement configurations uploaded in The Patch Studio.
• Authentication Telemetry: Firebase UID, email session tokens, and encrypted authentication cookies.
• Order Records: Items, colorways, garment sizes, invoices, and transaction references.

3. Intellectual Property of Custom Artwork

Any corporate logos, emblems, or original artwork uploaded into The Patch Studio or The Concierge Suite remain 100% the exclusive intellectual property of the client. We do not license, reproduce, or disclose client artwork to third parties, except as strictly required to prepare our in-house atelier embroidery and needlecraft machinery for fulfilling your order.

4. Firebase & Cloud Infrastructure

Our web platform and companion React Native mobile applications leverage Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure with enterprise-grade SSL/TLS encryption. All database documents and storage buckets adhere to strict security rules preventing unauthorized third-party inspection.
