Returns & Quality Inspection
We stand by every stitch and heat-press calibration. If your silhouette exhibits a manufacturing defect or sizing discrepancy, submit a return request within the strict 7-day post-delivery inspection window.
7-Day Inspection Window
The return window starts immediately upon delivery confirmation from our carrier. Requests submitted on or before Day 7 are eligible for inspection.
Mandatory Photo Evidence
To verify garment tags and bespoke insignia alignment, upload high-res photos showing the defect, fabric condition, and neck label.
Backend Admin Approval
Our atelier production specialists review each ticket against original CAD canvas proofs. Once approved, reverse pickup is scheduled.
