1. Agreement of Service

By entering the Thimble & Patch web atelier or utilizing our mobile application, you agree to these Terms governed under the laws of the Republic of India. The platform is owned and curated under the founding directorship of Tanu Arya.

2. On-Demand Customization & Production Specs

Because every piece customized inside The Patch Studio is individually heat-pressed and tailored to client coordinates:

• Customized items cannot be cancelled once heat-press calibration commences in our studio.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that uploaded logos and text are free from typographical errors before committing to the production queue.
• In the rare event of a textile defect or print inconsistency, our atelier will immediately replace the piece free of charge upon verification.

3. Corporate Gifting & Concierge Invoicing

For corporate bulk orders placed via The Concierge Suite:

• Standard terms include 50% advance upon digital render approval and balance upon dispatch.
• Formal GST tax invoices with input tax credit eligibility are issued upon shipment dispatch.
• Bulk delivery timelines will be contractually confirmed by the atelier concierge before payment collection.
